Dive Insight:
The promotion of Taylor “reflects the significant contributions she has made in helping pave the path for Rejuvenation to be the next billion-dollar brand in our portfolio,” CEO Laura Alber said in a statement. “Her proven track record, passion for design, operational excellence, and visionary leadership make her the ideal person to lead Rejuvenation through the brand’s next phase of growth.”
Rejuvenation has been expanding its brick-and-mortar footprint over the past few years, adding stores in Cary, North Carolina and Salt Lake City, Utah. The banner has also launched collaborations, including with Roll & Hill for a lighting collection.
Parent company Williams-Sonoma has made other leadership appointments recently. Last month, 19-year Williams-Sonoma veteran Vicki McWilliams was promoted to president of stores and customer care. And Abby Teisch was named chief marketing officer.
While much of the U.S. home sector has experienced declines, Williams-Sonoma has been a bright spot in the sector. According to RapidRatings, which measures of a company’s near- and medium-term financial health, Williams-Sonoma had a very low risk of default over the next 12 months and a very strong health score.
Over the 2025 fiscal year, Williams-Sonoma reported comparable brand revenue grew 3.5% year over year and projected 2026 annual net revenue to increase 2.7% to 6.7%, with comps up 2% to 6%.
