According to statements from Target, the breach lasted from Nov. 27 through Dec. 15 before its discovery. Target has issued several apologies and has even offered shoppers a year-long credit monitoring service for all Target shoppers. The company continues to manage the public relations fallout while working to save face among consumers following the debacle.
