Williams brings more than a decade of operations leadership across the retail industry, most recently serving as COO of Raide, a Colorado-based equipment and apparel brand. Prior to Raide, he spent seven years at Topo Designs, a Denver-based lifestyle brand offering sustainable, durable apparel and accessories, where he started as COO and later rose to lead as chief executive officer. Before Topo Designs, Williams was vice president of operations at Exxel Outdoors and general manager at Rentokil Initial.
