Signet Jewelers is advancing its Grow Brand Love strategy with the appointment of new top leadership.
The company introduced the effort in March 2025, which is designed to accelerate its growth by focusing on its brands, gaining share in its core business and using its real estate to support those endeavors.
“Grow Brand Love is about creating distinctive brands with clear value propositions and stronger connections to the customers they serve,” Signet CEO J.K. Symancyk said in a statement. “Jamie and Pam are accomplished leaders who understand how to unlock the potential of iconic brands through consumer insight, innovation and disciplined execution. Their appointments bring important new capabilities to Signet as we position Zales and Banter for their next phase of growth and accelerate Blue Nile’s transformation.”
Blue Nile is being repositioned as a premium brand to serve a broader age group with a more affluent customer, Signet Chief Financial and Operating Officer Joan Hilson said on a recent earnings call with analysts.
“This repositioning will distinguish Blue Nile at the highest end of the Signet portfolio,” Hilson said.
Cygielman will report to Symancyk. She will oversee Zales and Banter’s go-to-market strategies, with a focus on innovation and customer experience. Cloud reports to Hilson and will lead Blue Nile’s next phase of growth.
In its latest earnings, Signet reported sales of $1.6 billion, flat year over year. Net income for Q1 was $31.7 million, down 5.4% compared to the year-ago quarter. Operating income was $36.9 million, down over 23%.
Signet currently operates around 2,600 stores under Kay Jewelers, Zales, Jared, Banter, Diamonds Direct, Blue Nile, Peoples Jewellers, H. Samuel and Ernest Jones.
