More than half (51%) of mobile shoppers use mobile coupons once or twice each month, 38% use them weekly, and 20% use them every day, according to a survey by mobile company Scanbuy.
47% of those surveyed said they will “sometimes” use a mobile coupon to try something new, while 23% “almost always” will.
In June, Scanbuy surveyed more than 15,000 users of its mobile barcode ScanLife app.
This survey shows that consumers' penchant for deals spills over easily into mobile. And millennials' answers in this survey bolster past research that shows that younger shoppers are increasingly turning to mobile for coupons.
