Hershey's Chocolate World will replace an area currently occupied by the New York City Village retail mini-mall. Six retail tenants will eventually occupy the exterior Strip-facing plaza next to the imitation Brooklyn Bridge and create a new frontage alongside the newly overhauled Nine Fine Irishmen and an upgraded restaurant in the northeast corner.
