Apparel company Digital Brands Group is undergoing a strategic review process that may result in a sale, merger or other type of financial transaction.
The parent company to brands including Sundry, Bailey 44 and Stateside, retained Roth Capital Partners as its financial adviser through the process, the company said Monday.
Digital Brands Group does not have a timeline for the review, and it may not result in a transaction, but said that the process is in order to “maximize shareholder value.” The company did not return requests for comment.
Digital Brands recently enacted a 1-for-40 reverse stock split to increase its per-share stock price in order to be in compliance with the Nasdaq.
The company went through a strategic review in 2023. At that time, the company was considering a deal that would take it private.
