In its series of innovations, the toy manufacturing company Mattel, Inc. announced at the New York Toy Fair that it has been working on “Hello Barbie” – a modified version of its predecessor, which is expected to come with the ability to carry out two-way communication. The doll will also have the ability to absorb references with time, through voice-recognition software embedded within it.
