SALT LAKE CITY, Aug. 27, 2026 — Doba, an AI-powered, U.S.-focused dropshipping platform, said today it is adding Walmart and TikTok Shop to the marketplaces retailers can list on through Doba Pilot, its AI dropshipping agent. The update also adds proactive fulfillment alerts and expanded product-discovery tools.
Walmart and TikTok Shop join Pilot's growing list of supported channels, following eBay listing support and connections to Shopify, BigCommerce and Wix stores. For the two new channels, Pilot can complete required product attributes, accept UPC uploads, generate listing previews and publish multiple products in a batch.
On fulfillment, Doba Pilot's Order Fulfillment Agent can now flag shipping problems on its own — monitoring tracking data for signs a shipment is off course and alerting the retailer — instead of waiting for a manual check. When an order is canceled in a connected store, Pilot will also automatically attempt to intercept the matching, unshipped purchase order, which Doba says is meant to cut avoidable purchasing losses. Whether the interception succeeds depends on the purchase order's status at the time.
Doba Pilot can also now suggest product directions for retailers who don't have a defined sourcing target, based on market-trend analysis, and supports image-based product search alongside text search. Doba also restructured how Pilot answers retailers' business questions, separating the supporting analysis, recommended action and conclusion into distinct parts of the response.

The update builds on Doba Pilot's August expansion into eBay listing, order tracking, shipping-exception guidance and after-sales support. Pilot's other capabilities include Market Scout, AI Product Sourcing, Scheduled Tasks, Long-Term Memory, reusable Skills and a centralized Library.
