SOLUM America has appointed Tim McCracken Jr. as Chief Revenue Officer, placing sales and partner leadership under a single executive role as the company continues to grow its North American business across retail, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors.
In his expanded role, McCracken will lead SOLUM America’s sales and partner teams, overseeing direct sales and channel partnerships across North America. He will work closely with executive leadership and global teams to support customer growth and ensure closer coordination across sales and partner efforts.
"Tim has been instrumental in establishing our presence with enterprise customers and building the partner ecosystem we need to scale in North America," said ChulWoo Ahn, CEO of SOLUM America. "His appointment as CRO reflects our commitment to accelerating growth in this market. Tim brings the operational discipline and customer-centric approach required to support retailers as they modernize their physical stores with digital infrastructure."
McCracken brings deep familiarity with SOLUM America’s customers, partners, and sales organization, having worked closely with teams across the business as the company has expanded its presence in North America. He brings more than 15 years of experience leading enterprise and channel sales teams across retail, technology, and manufacturing. At SOLUM America, he has led end-user and partner sales teams serving customers across retail, healthcare, manufacturing, and sports and entertainment. He has also helped shape the company’s sales approach and worked closely with customers on large, multi-site projects.
Prior to SOLUM, McCracken spent over a decade at Samsung Electronics America in progressively senior sales leadership roles. As Head of U.S. Enterprise Sales, he managed one of Samsung's highest-performing teams with approximately $350 million in annual revenue, while expanding the company's reach across more than 1,200 channel reseller partners nationwide. His achievements earned him multiple company-wide honors, including the Samsung CEO Excellence Award, Samsung Platinum Award, and Employee of the Year.
“North America represents a significant opportunity as enterprise retailers seek ESL solutions that can scale across thousands of locations while integrating with existing systems,” said McCracken. “My focus is on building the partnerships and support structure that allow us to deliver reliable, enterprise-grade solutions at scale. When our teams are aligned and our partners feel supported, our customers get the seamless experience they expect from a technology partner.”
With McCracken in the CRO role, SOLUM America formalizes its sales and partner leadership under a single executive as it continues to scale across key North American markets.
