SavedBy, founded in 2021 and based in Lakewood, Colorado, offers technology that helps merchants manage package risk, including package loss, damage, or theft, to enhance conversion rate and customer retention. Powering package protection and post-purchase experiences for hundreds of Shopify merchants, SavedBy manages package-related complaints and refunds, saving merchants countless hours of customer support time and increasing brand trust for end consumers.
