Dallas, TX (Sept. 18, 2025) – SRS Real Estate Partners has been named the exclusive retail leasing agent for Grandscape, one of the most dynamic mixed-use developments in the country. Spanning more than 400 acres in The Colony, Texas, Grandscape uniquely blends premier retail, curated dining, and a one-of-a-kind entertainment lineup to create a highly experiential destination that draws visitors from across the region and throughout the state.

SRS Senior Vice President Rose Meza, Vice President Michael Kaplan, and EVP & Managing Principal Karla Smith are leading the leasing campaign in collaboration with Jennifer Petrovich, Director of Leasing for NFM and Grandscape. Current retail availability includes anchor and shop space, along with roughly 44 acres of land available for future development.
