Outgoing CEO Chad Burgos recently announced he was transitioning to a full-time board and consulting role with the organization. He passed the torch to retail industry veteran Verdun.

Verdun joins The Barcode Group after his tenure as CEO and president of Advantage Solutions where he led global commercial and operational strategy and reimagined retailer and brand partnerships. Prior to that role, he held executive positions at Touchstorm and News America Marketing.
A graduate of Syracuse University, Verdun is an avid mountain biker and is based out of Florida, where he lives with his family.
