Celebrating Teeccino’s 25 Years of Herbal Innovation
Santa Barbara, CA. (March 5, 2020) –Teeccino, America’s #1 brand of coffee alternatives and roasted herbal teas, is celebrating its 25th anniversary with a bold new look to feature the same bold flavor that has made Teeccino famous. Turning 25 has been a source of inspiration for Teeccino’s founder and creator, Caroline MacDougall, an industry veteran who launched the herbal teas category with Celestial Seasonings in the early ‘70’s and has since produced over 100 herbal teas for top tea companies as well as Teeccino.
Caroline decided that a brand refresh was just too mild mannered for the coming roaring ‘20’s decade. She wants Teeccino’s packaging to express the vibrancy and vital health benefits in every brew of Teeccino’s herbal ingredients. The packaging needs to quickly communicate that a customer can expect significantly more optimal wellbeing with each sip due to Teeccino’s unique, premium botanicals and its content of 3 times more herbs in a Teeccino tea bag than standard tea bags.
With a palate of colors for Teeccino’s 5 blend families and a colorful ‘ticket” distinguishing each flavor, the eye beholds a rainbow of earth-tinted hues across Teeccino’s 36 flavors. It’s easy to differentiate Mediterranean blends from Maya blends or Dandelion blends from Mushroom Adaptogen blends which helps customers select amongst the different flavor and wellness profiles associated with the herbs in each blend family.
Illustrations of herbs now adorn the front panel of the package to highlight the use of functional, sustainable and delicious ingredients you can look forward to enjoying when drinking each blend family. Health benefits such as “prebiotic”, “caffeine free” and “acid free” are called out clearly along with organic, gluten free and kosher certifications.
