Introducing Three Store Now; A partnership between HERO® and ThreePosted Oct 10, 2019
Three is evolving the way customers virtually shop their nearest store, with the arrival of Three Store Now, a world-first initiative in partnership with HERO®.
In 75 Three stores across the UK, advisors are using the HERO® app to connect live with nearby customers on three.co.uk. Through chat, video and livestreaming, online customers can get the experience of the store — and all the advice they need — without leaving their sofa.

The introduction of Three Store Now coincides with the arrival of Three’s 5G network, where stores are uniquely positioned to help data-hungry customers find the right 5G enabled device for them. Customers are already seeing the benefit of Three Store Now, with more than 50,000 conversations leading to significantly increased online conversion and customer satisfaction.
Contacts, a new feature from HERO® has also been rolled out in-app to let advisors alert opted-in customers when hotly anticipated devices become available to buy. For example, during September’s iPhone 11 launch, Three stores were able to text customers they’d previously interacted with and direct them to buy either in-store or online.
