The designer label retailer bears the costs for shipment and return shipment, taxes, customs and freight charges.

Berlin, 16th July 2019 – Unlike its direct competitors, offers its customers from outside the EU free shipment and return shipment. There is also no extra charge for taxes, customs and freight surcharges on international orders. With this initiative, the company wants to reduce the barriers for customers from abroad even further, since a lot of customers are deterred from buying from a German online shop due to the additional high costs.

International customers, from the USA, for example, often opt for the supplier where they do not have to pay any additional surcharges for shipping, returns or other charges. The retailer has recognised this, and, as a result, now sends its exquisite branded products without any extra charges. In particular, the complicated return shipment and the costs for customs and freight will no longer be incurred by the customer.
