Revers.io revolutionizes after-sales service with its new platform!
Since 2009, SAV Group is the pioneer in management of after-sales service thanks to a SaaS platform. Previously specialized in high-tech products with great clients (Fnac-Darty, Boulanger, Rue du Commerce, La Redoute ...), the company began three years ago a major research and development program to create its new returns management platform. This platform, available since May 2018, is adapted to all merchants regardless of their product types, their size or country.
Based on an artificial intelligence, the new platform Revers.io allows – through questions asked to the customer and according to his answers – to characterize the exact reason of the claim and to launch the good logistics and administrative workflow. The strength of the platform is to be connected to the entire return chain (customers, stores, relay points, carriers, logistics centers, technical centers and suppliers) and technological tools of the merchants (CMS e-commerce, CRM, marketplaces).
Thereby, Revers.io simplifies the entire after-sales experience. Its new platform clarifies the after-sales service market and improves it : the end customers are satisfied of the service provided, distributors can finally manage their reverse logistics flows and return chain operators have an optimized activity.
To support this launch, SAV Group brings together its two offers (Revers.io for Key Accounts and MyReturn for marketplace merchants) and changes its name to Revers.io. This identity change shows its willpower to accelerate its development, especially internationally.

2017: Launch of the MyReturn offer for marketplace merchants, offer specially packaged for the claims and returns management with a plug-and-play service. This solution allows e-merchants to develop more easily their business internationally.
2018: In response to the success of MyReturn and the launch of its new platform Revers.io, SAV Group brings together its two offers and changes its name to Revers.io.
