Teikametrics, the leading provider of optimization technology for Amazon sellers introduces FBA Opportunities, a new tool that enables one-step predictive reordering for Amazon retailers who use Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA). The FBA Opportunities dashboard identifies upfront potential profit within existing inventory supply and allows sellers to seamlessly add identified profitable items into a purchase order.
FBA Opportunities is the newest feature within the company’s robust Inventory Management and Repricing software for online retailers. “We had already enabled our customers to scout for new brands and identify new profitable inventory opportunities using our Product Scout feature,” says Alasdair Mclean-Foreman, CEO of Teikametrics, “FBA Opportunities makes sense as the next step because it shows sellers exactly what to order next based on the inventory they already carry and through the suppliers they already work with. Essentially, we’re presenting our clients with profits that are already at their fingertips.”
FBA Opportunities analyzes a seller’s portfolio and sorts items based on quantity sold in the past over a certain amount of time. By sorting this data the software can identify, based on profitability, exactly how much more of which products should be ordered over the next period of time, and exactly what the profit margin and return rate will be on that purchase order.
Sellers can log into their Teikametrics dashboard and begin a new purchase order directly from the Opportunities tab. The tool plugs in the inventory items that should be reordered along with the quantity based on profitable opportunities. These numbers can be adjusted if a seller wants stock for the next 30 days, 60 days, and so on. Clients simply click through and select or deselect the items they’d like to restock, and all along they can see exactly how much profit these items will yield based on the current Amazon Buy Box price of the item.
Teikametrics’ FBA Opportunities uses icons that easily identify a store’s inventory, so the seller can immediately see its top ten best sellers, as well as identify stale inventory to know what not to reorder.
