Even a momentary credit card glitch was the last thing Target stores needed as the retailer is working to assure customers that making payments is no problem. Although the company says the payment-system issue at their registers was not one of data security, it nevertheless caused long lines and plenty of frustration. Unfortunately for the retailer, Twitter was one handy way for people to vent that frustration.
