Dive Insight
More than 75% of consumers (and counting) demand an integrated customer experience among all sales channels — including shipping from the store or in-store pickup. Ship-From-Store fulfillment services allow retailers to meet those needs while at the same time leveraging their physical store inventories and saving on costs. The eBay Enterprise system announced this week is seen as an answer to Amazon’s successful fulfillment options for retailers.
