The Warehouse Group Expands Opterus’ Global Reach with their use of OpsCenter
Toronto – Jan. 29, 2019 – Opterus Inc., the leading global provider of cost-effective, web-based store communications and task management solutions, today announced that The Warehouse Group, a New Zealand based retailer, has chosen Opterus’ OpsCenter as its centralized communications solution for all its brands. The Warehouse Group initially trialed the tool in two regions under its The Warehouse and Warehouse Stationery brands. Due to the success of these pilots, The Warehouse Group has since rolled out the solution to the rest of it brands, including Noel Leeming and Torpedo7.
“The Warehouse Group had many different systems and ways that it communicated with stores,” said Ben Hatch, workload and communications manager, The Warehouse Group. “Opterus’ OpsCenter has completely changed the way we operate. We now have one workload and communication flow to our stores, and this has led to increased execution and productivity gains.”
Opterus’ OpsCenter is an intuitive, multi-modular, easy-to-use cloud solution designed specifically for retailers to effectively manage and execute store tasks and communications. The solution measures and increases operational compliance, communicates corporate policy, manages day-to-day objectives and tasks, and manages processes linking corporate office and store locations. A simple and agile solution, OpsCenter allows for rapid implementation and strong user acceptance.
“We are very pleased to be able to provide The Warehouse Group with the enhanced store associate collaboration they were looking for along with comprehensive reporting of closed tickets, completed tasks and overall communications,” said Gary Stonell, vice president, business development, Opterus Inc. “Partnering with The Warehouse Group is also another great example of our ongoing global expansion.”
