Job Description

Join us at L-Nutra, a fast-growing global company in nutrition, wellness and longevity that is disrupting the food industry with the concept of “fasting with food.” This is an exciting new angle in health and nutrition supported by science. L-Nutra develops and sells nutri-technologies that mimic and enhance the effects of fasting, to unleash the body’s natural ability to rejuvenate itself and promote longevity. These technologies are the result of decades of laboratory research at The Longevity Institute (University of Southern California – USC), proof of concept testing, and preclinical and clinical trials to demonstrate that they are safe and efficacious for consumers.

As an Associate Brand Manager, you will be working on the launch of the latest innovation in fasting at L-Nutra. You can embrace and support initiatives that will contribute to the overall mission, goals and success of our new brand aiming to help people stay as healthy as possible.

Key functions of your role:

·        Be part of the team who will launch a very innovative food concept to the mass market in 2018

·        Monitor and evaluate our day-to-day retailing operations

·        Work in coordination with internal teams to support L-Nutra’s goals and benchmarks

·        Provide analysis and recommendations as the brand grows and evolves

·        Keep pace with social media and digital marketing trends in wellness and nutrition to build and nurture social media platform-specific communities and audiences

·        Manage and help to create marketing content and materials

·        Support the Director of Retail by understanding priorities and how they integrate with the management and marketing of the brand

·        Assist in link-building campaigns in coordination with L-Nutra’s other brands

·        Communicate and work closely with internal teams (marketing, sales and retail) and top management on project development, timelines, and results

Qualifications

What we require from you:

Your passion for making a difference in the world by bringing a new product to consumers in the mass market

Your interest in building and mastering skills in branding and retailing (online, e-commerce, and brick & mortar)

Your understanding of omnichannel marketing

Your excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills

Your attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere

Your outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems

Your ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points

Your high levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation

 

To apply, we seek your great skills and qualifications

A minimum of 3 years full-time work experience in business, marketing and/or retail with demonstrated successes. Experience in the retailing of packaged foods and/or wellness products a plus

Knowledge on the basics of business operations dealing with marketing, retail, supply chain, and customer service

Experience working with popular social media advertising platforms Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Additional experience with Pinterest, LinkedIn, Quora, Reddit, and the emerging What’s App Business a plus

Experience with data analysis to build recommendations using a variety of analytics tools

Desired: e-commerce and retailing experience. Shopify or similar a plus

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Tableau, Salesforce and other reporting software a plus

Minimum BS/BA degree preferably in business marketing and/or experience in the wellness nutrition industry. MBA a plus
