Office Depot rolls out electronic payment service to help small businesses
The company has partnered with CenturyPayments for the Office Depot Merchant Services initiative. The service lets small and medium-sized businesses accept electronic payments via all major debit and credit cards at the point-of-sale.
“Seventy percent of Office Depot customers are small business owners,” said Owen Torres, spokesman for Office Depot, Boca Raton, FL. “We’re always listening to their wants and needs.
“We partnered with Century Group and through that we’re offering this new progam,” he said.
